Preorders
Some items in our shop may be offered as preorders. This cancellation policy explains how to modify or cancel this type of purchase.

When you place a preorder, you are buying a product that will become available soon. We collect payment at the time of ordering and record your payment method and payment.

You can cancel a paid preorder that has not yet been processed. If the order has already been processed, you cannot cancel it, but you may request a return.
